Fees
Dr. Zen accepts some insurance and also will bill for out of network through your insurance if you have out of network benefits. Please contact Dr. Zen’s office at (833)33-DrZen [(833)333-7936] or e-mail, Info@ZenLewis.com for private pay hourly rates for therapy and counseling services.

Dr. Zen accepts all methods of payment including American Express, Visa, Master Card & Local Checks only. We will gladly provide your with a receipt following each session upon request or at the end of the year.
*In many cases, therapy service is a tax deductible expense*
*In most cases, couples, pre and post marriage counseling are not covered under insurance.*
Insurance
Insurance sessions are contracted at 45-50 minutes which is the standard contracted session time based on the discounted rate provided through your participating insurance company.
Dr. Jordan participates with several major health insurance plans as an IN Network provider in order to provide the best affordable care to those seeking it. The following is a list of insurance panels where Dr. Zen is currently accepting new patients (in-network). Dr. Zen also participates with many other insurance companies (out-of-network) Please call your insurance company and ask if you have out-of-network benefits for mental health services. In the case you decide to go out-of-network, we will provide you with a document after each session that you can submit to your insurance for possible partial reimbursement. When going out-of-network, payment for services is due upon receipt (at a discounted rate)

**In the case that Dr. Zen is out-of-network with your specific insurance plan, we will provide you with an invoice / super bill statement following each session so that you may send to your insurance company for a partial reimbursement. You are responsible for the session cost up front.

Scheduling your first visit with Dr. Zen is easy. You may call Dr. Zen’s office at (833)33-DrZen to inquire about availability and to set up your first visit. If you reach our answering service kindly leave a message and your call will be returned as soon as possible. Scheduling and insurance questions may be answered during the hours of 9AM – 5PM Monday through Friday.
